Community Link

We learn about our community by visiting places within it; Cove House, RSPB Leighton Moss and St John’s church are regularly visited by us.  In our Outdoor Learning programme, we work with the National Trust team to learn about how we can become guardians of our own community, looking after it and sustaining it in the future.

We serve the local community by holding coffee mornings, leading church services,  carol singing at Cove House, the Methodist Church and Wolfhouse Gallery, and supporting local charities. We are also the Poppy Appeal Organisers for the village, ordering and  distributing poppy boxes and collecting the money during the Autumn.
